For initial defects or incorrect deliveries reported within 7 days of product arrival, we will cover the cost of repair or replacement.

For repairs, please send the item to be repaired freight collect, and we will mend it and send it back to you.
For exchanges, due to the nature of our products, it may be difficult to exchange for an identical item.
If the same kimono fabric is still available, the exchange will be for a product made from that same kimono.
If the same kimono fabric is no longer available, please understand that the exchange will be for a product made from a different kimono.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds.
